1. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and most Asia-Pacific countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary by location:

Standard shipping: 7–14 business days

Express shipping: 3–7 business days

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. See our Return Policy for full details.

6. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us at support@thelienindex.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll fix it right away.

7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout for smaller orders.

8. Do you charge customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country, customs or VAT fees may apply upon delivery. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.

9. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist you.

10. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours, we may be able to help. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
